Meeting and pickup information
- We’ll meet you by the monument to The Swallows (see picture attached) located on the left end of the ferry terminal access. Kindly look for our staff wearing a t shirt with the company logo
- Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall. Kindly proceed to STARBUCKS right next to the lighthouse. Our staff wearing A GO EXPERIENCES shirts will meet you there
- Exit your Cruise Terminal. Kindly walk towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex Gas Station and right across the street, you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing GO EXPERIENCES, just in front of EL CID HOTEL
- After exiting the pier, you’ll walk into a small shopping center. Look for the Martí store — right outside, our greeter will be calling your last name. They will assist you and assign your private guide to begin your experience.
- Please be ready at your selected meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure time. Our greeter will be calling your last name to locate you. If you're arriving by cruise, follow the directions for SSA or Punta Langosta terminals as specified in your ticket. For hotel pickups, wait at the main entrance or lobby.
